Front Desk Receptionist, Bartram Skilled Nursing, Part-Time

The Front Desk Receptionist will provide coverage of telephone and front desk duties. Answer incoming calls in a prompt, courteous manner according to Brooks customer service quality standards. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Receives hospital guests, ascertains needs, and directs guests appropriately. Courteously answers the phone and takes accurate messages. Answers routine questions regarding departmental policies, operations and procedures. Checks appointment schedules and directs or escorts guests to appropriate office or departmental area. Completes assignments of special projects by designated deadlines. Responsible for admitting patients as needed. Monitors patients in lobby area. May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma. 1 year Customer Service experience. 1 year of switchboard or phone experience. Experience using Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask.

Hours:

Part Time, 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday 4pm-7:30pm
