Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic, exprienced and organized Home Care Receptionist to be the friendly first point of contact for our home care services. In this vital role, you will manage the front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer support to clients, visitors, and team members. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a welcoming environment for all who walk through our doors. This paid position offers a dynamic work environment where your administrative expertise will directly contribute to delivering compassionate home care services. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued upon arrival. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate staff members with professionalism and courtesy. Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and assist with office management tasks to streamline daily operations. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading to ensure all client information is current and organized. Handle correspondence via email and phone, providing clear communication and exceptional customer service. Assist with clerical duties including typing documents, organizing files, and supporting office team members as needed. Requirements Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with excellent organizational skills. Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry. Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to manage high call volumes effectively. Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client populations better. Previous clerical or administrative experience in a healthcare or home care setting is advantageous. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in proofreading, filing, and scheduling tasks. Knowledge of personal assistant responsibilities such as calendar management and time management is a plus. $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
