Role:

As the first point of contact, our Receptionist plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to both pet parents and their dogs. You'll help manage reservations, answer questions, and ensure smooth communication across all areas of our facility.

What You'll Do:

Greet clients and their pets with professionalism and enthusiasm Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage scheduling Educate clients about our services, packages, and facility policies Maintain accurate records and billing using our management system Collaborate with team members in daycare, grooming, training, and vet services Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and welcoming

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role (pet care a plus!) Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a busy, animal-friendly environment Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-minded Comfortable interacting with dogs of all sizes Why Work at Dogtown? Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
