Bonus based on performance Employee discounts Flexible schedule Position Summary Jupiter Ocean and Racquet Club is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for members, guests, and tennis players. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced tennis club environment. We are looking for a Full/Part time employee. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide information about club programs, court reservations, and events. Manage court bookings, lesson scheduling, and program registrations using club management software. Process payments, memberships, and retail purchases accurately. Maintain accurate member records and update information in computer systems. Assist tennis professionals and management with administrative tasks. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues courteously and efficiently. Monitor daily club activity and ensure smooth front desk operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Support club events, tournaments, and special programs as needed. Required Qualifications Previous customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn club management software. Comfortable using scheduling systems, point-of-sale systems, and online reservation platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work independently. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
