Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide outstanding customer service, and support office management tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all. Responsibilities Greet guests and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed Manage and coordinate reservations or inquiries Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and assisting with general inquiries Maintain office organization through clerical tasks such as filing, document management, and inventory control Requirements Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills; bilingual abilities are a plus Previous clerical or office experience demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills Join our team to be the friendly face that keeps our operations running smoothly while delivering top-tier service!
Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
