- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information on salon services (THIS

- Process transactions using a cash register or POS system
- Assist with stocking inventory and retail products
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Upsell salon services and retail products to clients

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with clients in a friendly manner
- Proficiency in basic math for handling cash transactions
- Experience with sales, upselling, or working in a retail environment is advantageous
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or POS system
- Ability to maintain stock levels and organize inventory effectively
