Position Overview We are seeking a warm, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our families, support daily administrative operations, and help ensure that our therapy sessions run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and check in clients and families in a friendly, professional manner Manage client scheduling, cancellations, and daily appointment coordination Answer phones, respond to emails, and relay messages to therapists and administrative staff Collect payments, verify insurance information, and update client records Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment Communicate effectively with therapists, caregivers, and management regarding client attendance and schedule changes Support office tasks such as copying, scanning, filing, and data entry Ensure all families sign in/out appropriately and follow clinic policies Assist with end-of-day closing duties and confirm that all sessions and logs are complete before clocking out Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a medical or therapy office is strongly preferred Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning clinic software systems Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor Must be able to remain on-site and clock out by 7:00
