Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable receptionist to become an essential member of our salon family. If you enjoy greeting people, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and keeping operations moving smoothly, this role is a great fit. Coiffures International has proudly served Marco Island and Naples for over 25 years. We are a full-service salon offering a broad selection of hair, nail, and spa services, and our front desk team plays a key role in delivering outstanding client experiences.

Location:

651 Collier Blvd., Ste 1B, Marco Island, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet clients as they arrive and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable. Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments accurately. Manage the booking system, update client records, and maintain appointment confirmations and reminders. Process payments, handle point-of-sale transactions, and assist with retail product sales and recommendations. Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and inviting at all times. Coordinate with stylists and spa staff to help maintain smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment; strong organizational ability. Basic computer literacy; experience with booking systems or social media is a plus. Positive attitude, polished appearance, and commitment to great customer service. Previous salon or retail customer service experience preferred but not required.

Schedule:

Part-time; flexible hours. Hours may vary; generally, 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
