Administrative Assistant & Receptionist

Touch of Class Paint & Body Shop, a well-established collision repair facility in Miami Beach, is seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Manage front desk reception and incoming calls. Process customer payments and maintain accurate records. Order parts and track deliveries with vendors and suppliers. Open, update, and close repair orders in CCC ONE. Coordinate with estimators, technicians, and management to ensure smooth workflow. Follow up on repair status and customer communications. Assist with general office administration and document management. Qualifications Previous administrative or customer service experience required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus). Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Experience with CCC ONE is a strong advantage. Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus. Automotive collision repair or body shop experience preferred but not required. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
