Front Desk Associate

Job Summary Analog is a pop-up breathwork studio opening in Sunset Harbour, Miami Beach. We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to manage check-in, handle the guest experience, and keep the studio running smoothly between classes. This is a part-time, in-person role suited to someone who is reliable, personable, and has a genuine interest in wellness. Responsibilities Greet and check in guests using our booking platform (Momence) Process payments and handle inquiries about classes, pricing, and studio policies Set up and reset the studio space before and after each session Respond to messages and follow-up inquiries in a timely manner Maintain a clean, organized studio environment throughout the day Support the instructor with any pre- or post-session needs as required Experience Prior customer-facing experience preferred — retail, hospitality, fitness, or similar Familiarity with booking or point-of-sale software is a plus; training provided Interest or background in wellness, fitness, or breathwork preferred Strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure Demonstrated reliability — punctuality and consistency are essential in this role English speaking required, Spanish preferable Compensation & Schedule $17-19/hour depending on experience Part-time; shifts aligned with morning and evening class schedule
