Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor. Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally. Prepare and organize outgoing mail and packages. Perform administrative tasks, including filing, copying, scanning, and faxing. Update and maintain accurate client records. Perform data entry tasks with precision. Occasionally run errands as needed (valid FL driver's license required).
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a professional office setting. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal and written). Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
