- North Miami / Aventura Area We are a growing chiropractic office looking for a friendly and motivated receptionist to join our team.
This role is key to creating a welcoming environment for our patients and ensuring our front desk runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Schedule and confirm patient appointments Greet and check in patients upon arrival Verify insurance information and patient records Collect and process payments as needed Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area Communicate effectively with the doctor and team to ensure smooth daily operations Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, forms, etc.)
Requirements:
