Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist - Experienced candidate to manage closing duties at 6 PM, with reliable transportation, a clean background, and availability for some Saturdays. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist for our clinic who will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing professional customer service and supporting daily front office operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working primarily in an English-speaking setting. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and verify or update patient information in the system. Collect co-pays or fees, provide receipts, and follow basic front office procedures at the end of the day. Maintain a clean, organized reception and waiting area and assist with scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed. Perform closing procedures at 6 PM, ensuring the front office is secured and all end-of-day tasks are completed. Requirements Prior front desk or receptionist experience in a medical or healthcare office setting. Ability to communicate clearly in English; experience working in a mainly English-speaking environment. Reliable personal transportation and consistent ability to arrive on time and stay until closing at 6 PM. Availability to work some Saturdays as part of the regular schedule. Clean background record and eligibility to work in a healthcare environment. Strong customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, and a professional, friendly demeanor.
Pay:
$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
