Job Description

To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client is seeking to hire an Administrative Receptionist to support their Miami, Florida office. Hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm daily, with flexibility as needed. This position requires Monday-Friday on-site and the ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, positive energy, and is committed to providing high-touch service.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the face of the office by welcoming clients/guests as they arrive Manage boardroom(s) availability and VCC connections Distribute all incoming mail and prepare all outgoing mail Keep stock room, print area, and kitchen tidy and organized Sort data and prepare expense reports Arrange flights, hotel, car services etc.
Manage calendars:
enter travel data, coordinate and setup internal/external meetings Print and bind presentation materials Provide general office support as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of related reception and administrative support experience; financial services experience is a plus! Ability to work under tight deadlines Excellent communication skills Proficiency in computer software programs including
