The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner. Answer phone calls and schedule appointments with accurate information. Verify patient insurance and process patient paperwork. Maintain accurate patient information and medical records. Provide support to medical staff as needed, including managing patient information confidentially. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times. Requirements Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Bilingual skills- English and Spanish. Strong organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with computerized systems for scheduling
