Front Desk Receptionist

Overview Love Nail Salon South Miami is looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere at our nail salon. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Respond to

Calls & Emails :

Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally. Address client inquiries, service questions, and appointment requests in both Spanish and English.

Manage Scheduling & Appointments :

Handle bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations using salon scheduling software. Keep appointment information accurate and up-to-date.

Customer Check-In & Check-Out :

Greet clients, assist with check-in, and manage the check-out process efficiently. Ensure all payments are processed accurately.

Client Hospitality :

Serve tea, coffee, and water to clients during their visit. Fold towels and ensure fresh towels are available for service providers.

Maintain Cleanliness & Order :

Keep the front desk, waiting area, kitchen, and bathrooms tidy and welcoming. Regularly restock and organize bathroom supplies. Assist with

Organization & Inventory :

Help maintain salon organization, ensuring products and supplies are in order. Monitor inventory levels and inform management when stock needs replenishing. Qualification Excellent communication and customer service skills in both Spanish and English. Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
