About Us Alexis Garcia Legal is a boutique law firm based in Kendall, MIami, FL serving clients throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County. We specialize in consumer bankruptcy (Chapter 7, 11, 13, and Subchapter V), foreclosure defense, debt relief, and immigration law. Our team is client-centered, bilingual, and committed to guiding individuals and families through some of the most stressful legal challenges of their lives. We take pride in making every client feel heard, supported, and informed from the moment they walk through our door. Position Overview We are looking for a warm, organized, and reliable Full-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This is a front-facing, in-person role — the face and voice of our firm. You will play a critical role in creating a welcoming environment while keeping daily office operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth Answer and route incoming calls; take accurate messages and follow up as needed Schedule and confirm client consultations and appointments Maintain and organize client intake records and case files Communicate with attorneys and staff to coordinate scheduling and client needs Handle general administrative tasks (scanning, filing, mail, email correspondence) Collect client payments and issue receipts Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
Requirements Bilingual:
fluent in English and Spanish (required — our client base is primarily Spanish-speaking) Prior experience in a law firm, medical office, or professional services setting preferred Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar, Gmail) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask calmly in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Schedule Monday•Friday | 9:00 AM•6:00 PM Compensation Competitive — based on experience. $17.00•$22.00 per hour
