PM Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients/visitors to ensure a positive experience Answer & direct incoming phone calls General administrative duties/support Customer Information Files - using CRM software application Assist with the coordination of employee events
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service and organizational skills High level of discretion No previous experience at a front desk required Proficiency in MS Office Suite required Bachelor's degree preferred Bilingual Spanish required
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected base pay rate for this position is between $50,000 - $55,000 determined on an individualized basis (skills, qualifications, experience & location). Base pay is only part of the total compensation package, as Receptionists are eligible to earn a merit-based bonus.
