Job Description
Epic Plastic Surgery, a Miami-based cosmetic surgery practice led by Dr. Orlando Llorente, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our dedicated team. We specialize in personalized care, patient safety, and natural-looking aesthetic results, offering a wide range of procedures including breast augmentation, liposuction, tummy tucks, Brazilian butt lifts, mommy makeovers, injectables, and medical weight loss treatments. Our approach emphasizes that cosmetic surgery is not only about enhancing appearance but also about boosting confidence and overall well-being. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, providing compassionate and personalized care to every patient. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing appointments, answering patient inquiries, and supporting the team to deliver the highest standard of customer service. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a warm and professional first impression. Manage scheduling and appointment bookings efficiently utilizing the clinic's management software. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information about services. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and other regulations. Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting payments and processing insurance information. Coordinate communication between patients, medical staff, and administrative personnel to facilitate smooth office operations. Manage office supplies inventory and order materials as needed to maintain clinic readiness. Support the team with general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and preparing patient education materials. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or healthcare preferred. Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably within a healthcare or cosmetic surgery setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using clinic management software, appointment scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and to work collaboratively as part of a team.
