Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a polished and dependable Receptionist to manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients, attorneys, and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service and directing them appropriately Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and transfer inquiries efficiently Manage incoming and outgoing mail, legal documents, and deliveries and packages Maintain a clean, organized reception and waiting area Maintain strict confidentiality of client and firm information Maintain stock and order supplies Data Entry Scanning and electronic storage of documents Calendaring appointments and conference room usage Annual creation of tables for new clients and client referrals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous receptionist or administrative experience; law firm experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Excellent organizational and time-management skills Professional appearance and demeanor Bilingual Preferred Skills Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion
Pay:
$30,000.00 - $34,000.00 per year
