You will be the first point of contact, managing communications, organizing files, and supporting administrative functions with precision and enthusiasm. Duties Greet visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and manage front desk operations with professionalism and energy Answer incoming calls promptly, screen inquiries, and route messages efficiently to ensure seamless communication Maintain organized filing systems for documents, correspondence, and administrative records to support legal research and analysis Draft, review, and format documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail Support by managing calendar appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating document filings Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies to ensure operational efficiency Skills Strong analysis skills to interpret information accurately and support research efforts Excellent writing skills for drafting clear legal documents, correspondence, and reports Proven organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment Experience in legal administrative support or paralegal work is highly desirable Proficiency in filing systems—both physical and electronic—and document management techniques Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and callers Ability to perform legal research effectively using various resources and tools This paid position offers an engaging environment where your organizational talents and proactive attitude will shine.
