Front Desk Receptionist / Wellness Therapy Assistant

We are a growing, patient-focused chiropractic and wellness practice seeking a confident, energetic, and sales-minded Front Desk Receptionist / Therapy Assistant to join our team. This is not your average front desk role, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and is excited about helping patients improve their health, confidence, and quality of life through advanced wellness and body contouring treatments. Our office is expanding with cutting-edge technologies including Emsella and Emsculpt Neo, and we are looking for a motivated team member who is comfortable discussing treatments, educating patients, recommending services confidently, and helping convert leads into happy, long-term patients. Front Desk Receptionist / Wellness Therapy Assistant Full-Time | Naples, FL Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a warm, polished, and professional manner
• Create a high-end, luxury patient experience from check-in through treatment completion
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and communicate confidently with potential patients regarding treatments and pricing
• Educate patients on wellness and aesthetic services including Emsella and Emsculpt Neo
• Assist with treatment consultations, lead follow-up, and patient conversion
• Perform follow-up calls, texts, and outreach to patient leads and inquiries
• Support internal marketing efforts including social media content, promotions, events, and patient engagement
• Assist in performing therapies and treatments; full training provided
• Schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate patient records
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
• Work closely with the team to help grow the practice and contribute ideas for success
• Multitask efficiently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Ideal Candidate

• Luxury hospitality or sales experience is a major plus Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in a chiropractic, medical spa, wellness, or healthcare office preferred
• Customer service and/or sales experience required
• Experience with lead conversion, consultations, or membership sales is a plus
• Familiarity with ChiroTouch software is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
