Join Our Team as a Front Desk Receptionist at Bay Paws Pet Resort

  • Trinity, located in New Port Richey, FL, is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our pet resort. If you have a knack for organization, enjoy working in a pet-friendly environment, and have at least one year of experience in a similar role, we'd love to hear from you! Whether it's daycare, boarding, or grooming, we treat every pet like family. Our team is passionate about creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both our furry guests and their humans. What You'll Do As the Front Desk Receptionist, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting clients and their pets with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Checking in and out pets for daycare, boarding, or grooming appointments.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries about our services.
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Processing payments and handling basic administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with other duties as needed to support the team and ensure client satisfaction. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need:
  • Experience:
    At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or similar role.
  • Skills:
    Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personality:
    A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude. You should enjoy interacting with people and pets alike!
  • Tech Savvy:
