Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our day spa team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing appointments, processing payments, and ensuring a welcoming spa experience. Knowledge of facial treatments, skincare services, and retail products is a plus. Key Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service. Answer phone calls, emails, and text inquiries professionally. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using spa booking software. Check clients in and out for facial and skincare services. Process payments, gift card sales, and product purchases accurately. Maintain client records and update information as needed. Educate clients on spa services, memberships, packages, and skincare products. Assist with retail sales and recommend products based on client needs. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming. Coordinate with estheticians and spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle client concerns and resolve issues professionally. Monitor inventory of retail products and front desk supplies.
