Receptionist (Financial Firm - Aventura, FL)

Salary:

$40,000-$55,000 We are seeking a Receptionist in Aventura to manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office environment and can handle a mix of administrative and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, and manage the front desk area Coordinate conference room scheduling, meetings, and basic travel arrangements Order and manage daily office lunches, supplies, and pantry inventory Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail (FedEx, UPS, USPS) Assist with expense reports, light AP support, and general administrative tasks Maintain a clean and organized office environment and assist with facility needs

Qualifications:

3+ years of receptionist or administrative experience Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
