Veterinary Receptionist Bayshore Veterinary Clinic North Miami Beach, FL Job Details Full-time $17 - $19 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Sales transaction processing Client rapport building Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology Office phone management Full Job Description Veterinary Receptionist (Full-Time) North Miami Beach, FL We are a growing two-doctor AAHA-accredited small animal practice seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team full-time. As the first and last point of contact for our clients, the ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional customer service from the moment a client calls our clinic until they leave after their visit. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask efficiently, and maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients professionally and courteously Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Take and relay messages accurately Check clients in and out for appointments Process invoices and payments Update patient reminders and records in the computer system Communicate effectively with veterinarians and support staff Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area Provide outstanding client service and support
Qualifications:
Veterinary experience is a plus but not required Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong computer skills and ability to learn practice management software Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Professional appearance and demeanor If you are passionate about helping people and their pets and enjoy working in a fast-paced veterinary setting, we'd love to hear from you!
