Job Description

Front Desk Coordinator - Up to $25/hr | Fun Private Dental Practice North Port, FL | Full-Time | Monday-Thursday Only | No Fridays or Weekends Are you a people person with a charismatic personality and a passion for creating an amazing patient experience? We're a privately owned dental practice looking for a front desk coordinator who lights up a room and keeps things running like clockwork. No corporate pressure. Just a close-knit team, loyal patients, and a practice that truly values its people.

Monday -
Thursday:
8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Fridays:
Always off
Weekends:
Always off
COMPENSATION
Up to $25.00 per hour, based on experience
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Greet patients with warmth and make them feel welcome from the moment they walk in Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient flow Verify dental insurance, submit claims, and follow up on billing Collect and post payments and review treatment plan finances with patients Keep the front desk organized and communication running smoothly
WHO YOU ARE
Charismatic, upbeat, and a natural with people of all ages Experienced in a dental or medical front desk role (required) Familiar with dental insurance verification and billing (strongly preferred) Dependable, detail-oriented, and looking to grow long-term with a practice Someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys helping others
