Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk/Phone Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet patients upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in patient information. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Assist patients with their requests and provide information regarding appointments. Maintain an organized front desk area, including filing patient information and managing appointments. Collaborate with other departments to ensure patient satisfaction throughout their appointment. Proficiency at computer skills, scheduling patients, proof-reading documents, customer service, and using Google Suite applications effectively. . Qualifications Previous experience as an operator, and front desk or receptionist role is preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using office software, including Google Suite, for daily operations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records and providing quality service. Warm and caring personality.
