Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, managing administrative tasks, and supporting sales initiatives to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with office management and customer service. Bilingual abilities and familiarity with office software are highly valued to ensure effective client interactions and administrative efficiency. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote our products and services Manage customer inquiries ensuring professional phone etiquette and prompt support Utilize Office tools such as , Google and QuickBooks for data entry, record keeping, and reporting Assist with front desk duties including greeting visitors, , and managing appointment scheduling through calendar management tools Support administrative functions such as filing, documents, and maintaining organized records Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client needs efficiently and courteously Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in all client interactions Skills computer literacy with in , filing, and office management software such as QuickBooks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service experience Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively must have a driver license Knowledge of calendar management tools for scheduling appointments and meetings Ability to handle phones efficiently and professionally typing skills with attention to detail for a plus if some knowledge in digital marketing Personal assistant or dental/medical receptionist experience can be beneficial for understanding client needs and office workflows not required This position offers an engaging work environment where organizational excellence and customer service are valued.
