Exceptional Communication Skills:
You'll be the first point of contact for clients, so a friendly, professional, and empathetic attitude is essential.Customer Service Experience:
Experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred, ideally in a veterinary or medical setting.Organized & Detail-Oriented:
You'll juggle appointments, phone calls, and records—organization and multitasking are key!Team Player:

Greet clients and their pets with warmth and compassion, creating a welcoming environment. Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and check-in/check-out clients. Assist with patient records, update information, and process payments. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
