Job Description

looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist / Front Desk Associate to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and employees, so we are looking for someone organized, friendly, and able to handle a busy office/warehouse environment. Responsibilities Greet customers, visitors, vendors, and employees in a professional manner. Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the correct person or department. Assist customers with basic questions and direct them to sales or management when needed. Maintain the front desk area and keep it clean and organized. Help with paperwork, filing, data entry, invoices, customer records, and basic office tasks. Support management with scheduling, communication, and daily administrative needs. Receive and organize documents, deliveries, and vendor paperwork. Communicate clearly with warehouse, sales, and office staff. Requirements Must be professional, dependable, and on time. Good communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills required. Must be organized and able to multitask. Experience with phones, office work, invoices, or customer service is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Monday to Friday Weekend availability may be needed depending on business needs.
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
