Job Description

Sawyer & Sawyer, P.A., is a family-owned law firm that values our team and our clients and strives to create an environment that fosters respect, friendliness and success for those we work with each day. We believe in the development of our team members and constant improvement in our firm's services. To that end, we have monthly team meetings, quarterly strategy meetings outside of the office, and an annual firm retreat. We are always looking to add great people to our team that align with our firm's core values and are now seeking a receptionist. Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Greeting clients and visitors warmly, creating a positive, welcoming, and professional atmosphere Answering and properly routing incoming calls Managing the firm's front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings Obtaining and inputting client information into the firm's case management system Handling incoming and outgoing mail and maintaining office supplies Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive client information Collaborating with attorneys and staff members to assist in client matters, providing administrative support as needed About You You have a minimum of two years' experience in a professional office, can work independently but also as part of a team, and you are looking for a career and not just a job. You want to find a work "home" to stay with us for years.. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Your Experience & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Personable and professional demeanor Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently Team player We value our staff and offer
