Job Description

Starling Chevrolet is looking for an upbeat and courteous Part-Time Receptionist. The receptionists are responsible for greeting guests as they arrive at the dealership, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate person or location. Additionally answering phones, notifying company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system, plus additional tasks as assigned. The receptionists works closely with all Starling employees and management in the dealership so we need someone with a winning attitude and a professional appearance. To be a success in this position you will need to be reliable, professional, likable, and ready to make a move toward a long-term career and not just another job. Our dealership is a family, and we treat each employee as such.
SCHEDULE
will be as follows: Evenings and Weekends a must. 2-3 weekdays per week (Monday•Friday): 3PM•9
PM Every Saturday:
3PM•9PM Additional shifts may be available if the other receptionists are on vacation or out sick. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Education and/or Experience Ability to build rapport with others Organizational and time management skills Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Great verbal and written communication skills Strong Listening Skills Attention to detail Professionalism Microsoft Office experience Valid U.S. Driver's License with a Good Driving Record is a must Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Test
