You'll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors while keeping our front office running smoothly and efficiently.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor, offer hospitality Monitor visitor access, maintain security awareness Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and handle firm inquiries Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and certified correspondence Scan, file, and manage client and firm documents digitally Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for attorneys Monitor and maintain office supply inventory Operate standard office equipment including phone systems, copiers, and computers Keep accurate records of visitor requests, calls received, and deliveries Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
WHAT YOU BRING
2+ years of receptionist or front desk experience (legal office experience a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Adobe software Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment A professional, client-focused attitude and genuine people skills Attention to detail, adaptability, and a team-player mindset Ability to interact comfortably with a diverse range of clients and professionals Satisfactory background check required
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work in-office full time. Remote work is not available Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods Ability to lift 20 pounds

Monday to Friday, Day shift (8-hour shift) and (5-hour shift)
