Job Description

Job Overview Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming is looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves dogs, enjoys customer interaction, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and pets with a positive, welcoming attitude Check pets in and out for grooming appointments Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the grooming calendar Process payments and operate the POS system Communicate clearly with groomers and customers Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area Assist with retail sales and product recommendations as needed
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Basic computer and phone skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Prior customer service or pet industry experience is a plus (but not required)
