Receptionist/Bather

Our Receptionist/Runner position contains greeting customers, scheduling appointments, checking in/out clients, social media managing, taking photographs/videos, bathing, prepping dogs for the groomers, etc.

Requirements

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide accurate information to callers and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings or events as needed
• Act as a personal assistant to executives or managers when required
• Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
• Familiarity with computerized systems for managing appointments, contacts, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• High school diploma or equivalent
