We are looking for one exceptional Roofing Front Desk Receptionist to lead customer communication and coordinate daily front office operations. This is not a basic receptionist position. You will be the organizational backbone of the office answering calls, welcoming customers, managing schedules, supporting field teams, maintaining records, and ensuring communication moves efficiently from start to finish. THE ROLE
As the Roofing Front Desk Receptionist, you will oversee customer communication and front office coordination while serving as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors. You will coordinate incoming calls, appointments, scheduling requests, customer updates, field team communication, and administrative operations to ensure the office runs smoothly and customers stay informed.
You Will Own:
Answering incoming customer calls and assisting walk-in clients Greeting customers, vendors, and visitors professionally Coordinating roofing appointments, inspections, and office scheduling Managing customer communication, reminders, and follow-ups Supporting communication between office staff, field crews, and management Maintaining organized customer files, invoices, documents, and records Keeping daily office workflow moving efficiently Handling customer concerns professionally and proactively Supporting general administrative and front desk operations Success in
This Role Looks Like:
Fast, professional customer communication Organized scheduling and follow-up management Minimal missed calls, missed details, or delayed responses Strong coordination between office staff, field teams, and management High customer satisfaction and trust A front office that operates smoothly and efficiently You will operate with a high level of autonomy and responsibility inside clearly defined expectations.
Required Qualifications:
Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional phone and customer service skills Comfortable managing schedules, calls, documents, and follow-ups Strong computer and office software skills Ability to solve problems independently
Preferred:
Experience in roofing, construction, home services, or a field-service office environment Experience coordinating appointments or office scheduling Bilingual communication skills are a plus
