Job Description
Receptionist (Part-Time) We are seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role offers flexible hours and an opportunity to be the welcoming face of our organization. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and managing administrative tasks efficiently, we encourage you to apply.

(4p-8p)Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner Answer and direct phone calls promptly and effectively Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing Support team members with various clerical dutiesSkills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor Flexibility to work during scheduled hours and handle occasional additional duties This position offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth within our organization.
