Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to create a positive first impression for visitors and callers alike. Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere at all times Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, professionally, and courteously, directing calls or taking messages as needed Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and handling incoming correspondence Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative processes Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for record keeping and communication Assist with calendar management and scheduling for team members or executives Skills Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents will shine!
