Responsibilities:

``` Greeting, welcoming, and forming genuine client relationships with all customers and their pets Answering phones Performing Hands on Pet assessments of every pet's physical, physiological, and behavioral state before they are serviced Ensuring vaccination status of every pet is up to date Informs visitors about all services by answering or referring inquiries & delivering exceptional customer service Selling retail products Keeping the check

• in / reception area safe and clean Assessing and weighing dogs of all breeds, sizes, and health conditions Ensuring the safety and well-being of every pet and associate in the store, taking immediate action whenever necessary Keeping customer database up to date (Photos of all dogs along with complete customer profiles) Role may include social media monitoring, responding and assistance creating posts ```

Qualifications:

```

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of Dog Grooming salon procedures is a plus
• Animal handling experience is a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain calendars and schedules
• Saturday availability is a requirement.
