Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Closing Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth end-of-day operations at our front desk, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining organized office procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly, outgoing attitude and not afraid to get their hands dirty as the closing position comes with a through cleaning list including dog slobber, hair, feces, urine, etc. Responsibilities Manage the front desk, including checking pets in & out. Operate mobile phone and computer Operate Gingr Pet Scheduling Software Ensuring vaccination documents are properly organized and accessible Support grooming and daycare staff. Including restraining animals, ability to dremel nails is a must. Ensure the office, kennel, and yards are cleaned and sanitized every night. Experience Prior experience with pets is preferred Prior experience in customer service is preferred Experience with Gingr is advantageous Hours Monday-Friday 1pm- 7pm (Training pay is $14/hr, increased to $15/hr as soon as 10 completed shifts if able to pass the trainee evaluation exam)
