Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management. Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records to support office organization and compliance Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office projects Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone/email Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high-volume calls smoothly Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong clerical skills such as proofreading, filing, and document management Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills Experience in customer service or customer support roles with a friendly and professional attitude Knowledge of office equipment operation including printers, scanners, and fax machines Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus for understanding specialized workflows Join us as a Front Desk Coordinator where your proactive approach will energize our team!
