What You'll Do:

Greet members and guests with a professional, welcoming attitude Will supervise kids in Kids Club when applicable Handle check-ins, memberships, and basic sales inquiries Answer phones, respond to questions, and provide accurate info Maintain a clean, organized front desk area Support daily gym operations and team needs

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and punctual. Non-negotiable. Strong communication and people skills Comfortable in a sales and customer service environment Positive attitude with the ability to stay busy during slower hours Basic computer skills

Kids Club Responsibility:

This role also includes supervising children in our Kids Club area during assigned hours. Candidates must enjoy working with kids, maintain a safe and positive environment, and be able to pass a background check. Prior childcare experience is a plus, but not required.
