Job Description

Receptionist Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting daily office operations while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct phone calls and emails Process invoices accurately and maintain organized records Take customer orders and ensure information is entered correctly Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management Assist with scheduling and coordination of office activities Maintain a clean and organized reception and office area Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional and courteous customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and email Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys working with people. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with customers, handling office paperwork, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Compensation $15 an hour
