Receptionist

Large firm with a diversified team is currently looking to add a full-time Receptionist in our corporate office located in Pompano Beach, Florida. You will be responsible for handling as many as 10 phone lines simultaneously and must be able to speak with our clients and vendors in a professional and friendly manner. Other responsibilities include updating spreadsheets, key logs, updating our supply inventory, FedEx shipping daily, ordering of all office supplies, and other ad hoc duties as assigned. The ideal candidate must have experience and be proficient in Word and Excel. In order to be successful, you must have the ability to multitask, have excellent communication skills, be well organized, well versed in customer service, detail-oriented, and most importantly have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
