Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant

We are an established, team-based private practice looking for an enthusiastic & friendly person to join our team. In this position, you will build relationships with patients and provide them with the best experience possible. If you are looking for a long-term career with the opportunity to help people and learn new things, then we would love to hear from you. Experience is a plus, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right person.

Duties Include:

Greet and assist patients Check patients in/out for appointments and collects payment Answers phones and schedules appointments Assists patients with understanding insurance benefits Authorize insurance benefits Prepares charts for upcoming appointments We are looking for someone that is: Highly detail oriented and organized professional Courteous and friendly attitude Dependable and hardworking Able to multitask

Minimum Requirements:

Warm but professional attitude and appearance Good computer skills Solid written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills Customer service attitude High school diploma or equivalent
