Monday:
7:00 AM•12:30 PM, 1-hour lunch break, then 2:00 PM•6:45
PM Tuesday:
1:00 PM•6:45
PM Wednesday:
7:00 AM•11:30 AM, then 2:00 PM•6:45
PM Thursday:
1:00 PM•7:45
PM Friday:
7:00 AM•1:00
PM Saturdays & Sundays:
Closed Some travel required for seminars and training (fully paid)
Job Description:
We are a fast-growing, patient-centered chiropractic and wellness practice in Royal Palm Beach dedicated to helping patients feel better, move better, and live healthier naturally. Our clinic specializes in corrective chiropractic care, pain management, rehabilitation, and regenerative medicine through personalized, holistic treatment plans designed to address the root cause of discomfort—not just the symptoms. We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in patients with a positive and professional attitude Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries Manage front desk operations and maintain an organized office environment Assist patients with paperwork, scheduling, and basic financial discussions Coordinate patient flow Support a positive and efficient patient experience
Requirements:
Customer service experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ideal Candidate High energy and very friendly personality Strong customer service experience Team player Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Why Join Us?
