Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service. Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services and pricing. Process payments and maintain accurate financial records. Assist with client intake forms and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Support spa staff as needed, including managing inventory and supplies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using computer systems and scheduling software. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. A passion for health and wellness is a plus!
