You are the heartbeat of our front desk. The first smile patients see when they walk in. The warm voice that puts a nervous mama at ease on the phone. The organized force that keeps our clinic running with precision and joy. This is not a sit-and-answer-phones role. This is a fast-paced, people-first position for someone who thrives in an energetic environment, takes ownership, and genuinely loves making people feel seen and cared for.SCHEDULE
This is a part-time position with approximately 28-35 hours per week.Hours are as follows:
Monday:
8:00 AM- 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM
- 6:15
PM Tuesday:
2:00 PM- 6:15
PM Wednesday:
8:00 AM- 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM
- 5:15
PM Thursday:
12:30 PM- 6:15
PM Friday:
8:00 AM- 12:15 PM Reliability and punctuality are non-negotiable.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Create a warm, welcoming first impression for every patient- in person, by phone, and by text Manage scheduling, patient flow, and care plans in our practice management software Collect payments, review patient financial responsibility, and maintain billing accuracy Lead daily team huddles and keep the office running on time and on mission Make reactivation calls and follow up with new patient inquiries Track and update weekly office stats and key metrics Communicate the value of chiropractic care with confidence and enthusiasm Support team events, patient education, and internal marketing efforts Escalate patient concerns to the Office Manager with professionalism and grace Hold babies while moms and dads are getting adjusted

QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of customer service experience required; medical, dental, or wellness setting strongly preferred Comfortable with technology and learning new software Excellent written and verbal communication skills- warm, professional, and on-brand at all times Ability to handle a high-energy, fast-paced environment with professionalism Passion for natural health and family wellness is a strong bonus
