Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, vendors, and visitors while helping maintain the smooth day-to-day operation of our front office. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a welcoming office environment, and assist with general front-office duties to support daily operations. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance. Schedule appointments and meetings as needed. Respond to general inquiries by phone, email, and in person. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area. Maintain the kitchen and conference room areas by ensuring coffee and supplies are stocked, spaces are organized, and meeting rooms are prepared for client and staff meetings. Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and other clerical tasks. Monitor, organize, and maintain office supplies, and notify management when items need to be reordered. Support staff with general office duties. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Computer Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Basic computer and typing skills. Experience with Adobe Acrobat is a plus. Ability to learn office software and systems.
